Sign in to reviewI don’t normally leave bad reviews, however, I feel that other people will appreciate if I give my honest opinion. I visited HydroDrip March of last year, I bought a package using my FSA/HSA card since they advertise that their services are covered by flexible spending account. I sent email receipts of the services to FSA, however, they are asking for Doctors note for medical necessity. I communicated to owner and I personally dropped off the form in their office for the doctor to sign, this was in June, I followed up thought text in July but no response. In August I sent a text but the response was she will follow up with the office, again I reached out in September, however, she notified me that they lost the form. I don’t have time to go back and forth to drop the form, she said to send a picture of the form, so I sent the form in November, until now I haven’t receive anything from them. The owners are nice but I think they would benefit from someone who would take care of admin or paper work issues, I know they are busy providing services but the office is being neglected. It is not worth the stress and the hassle.
I highly recommend The Hydro Drip Bar. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. I am so happy with the quality of the service here and the product that they offer. Good thing that I did my researched first, before going somewhere else. I am looking forward for my appointments and the result that will benefit my health inside and out. I hope they will have the med spa here in San Diego soon…. 😊
I highly recommend to every one who needs to increase energy level, sound sleep and glowing skin. I am 65 years old and my energy level and sleeping pattern improved a lot. I noticed changes in my skin specially on my face. Doc Ricky at Phennix office-Westfield Plaza Bonita is kind and easy to talk with. He is friendly, always nice to talk with.
