I reached out to Import Mechanics after getting a quote from a dealership because I wanted a more personal experience, something that felt less like I was just another number. From the very first interaction, the team at Import Mechanics was incredibly helpful. They offered an oil change along with a free health inspection so I could really understand what my car needed, and that stood out to me. It felt like they were focused on building trust from the start, not just making a sale. The drop-off process was simple and clearly explained, and throughout the service, communication was solid and pricing was transparent. I ended up getting additional work done with no surprises. Overall, great experience. Thank you Import Mechanics for taking care of my X3 and delivering quality service.
These guys are the real deal for trustworthy mechanics. They’ll work with you to prioritize your money and they’ve even talked me out paying them to do certain repairs that aren’t yet necessary. If you have a german car, make this your permanent home for all repairs and maintenance. They even have rental cars for affordable prices. Trust and fair pricing ✅
