The Luxurious Massage and Spa

This place is a must visit! Everyone here is incredibly welcoming, especially the front receptionist who is always so sweet. The entire massage experience is worth every penny. We signed up for the membership and highly recommend it. Today, we had Claudia and Vilai, and we’ll definitely continue booking with these ladies. 🩷

In case anyone would like my perspective having worked at many salons and spas here is my review. I tried this spa out because a family member recommended me and I’m new to the area. I booked a couples massage and this was not our first time receiving professional massages by any means. My review isn’t going to be for your average person who just wants a relaxing hour. The good: The spa is in an easy to get to location, it smells amazing, it’s beautiful inside even if it is a little small. The employees I dealt with were sweet. I appreciated the lockers and the small changing area and the fact there is an accessible shower for after if you wished. They don’t rush you, and they provide water, robes and slippers which was a nice touch. The foot soak was lovely and helped set a nice mood. The massage was decent, and the hour of course went by way too fast. It was a nice relaxing couples massage. The bad: Here’s where a few things went sideways. From start to finish there were things that just set a weird tone. When I booked it initially, they required the entire payment upfront. Usually there is a deposit, but not the entire thing. But that’s fine I paid it. Then I received zero confirmation for 3 days. It was over a weekend so I patiently waited until end of day Tuesday and still had not heard anything. So I called and to confirm I even had one and I was informed that their system was down but that they would send over the link for the intake forms. I waited a week and received nothing. So we had to show up early to our appointment to fill those out. I had some very specific requests for my massage. I asked for specific focus areas. I asked for light pressure. I said I just wanted to relax I didn’t want a deep tissue. All of this was completely disregarded. She did whatever she wanted. That is NOT how your service providers should operate, you could seriously injure someone. She ignored what I requested and gave too much pressure, even after being corrected. I have experienced all pressure levels and despite NEEDING a deep tissue it isn’t what I asked for. I have found by experience on both the employee side and the customer side, that massage therapists are lazy in couples massages because they aren't typically your repeat clientele. I could have been, but now I won't be. Then we get to the payment. I was told there was no leftover balance and that the only charge would be whatever I left in tip. Tell me why the charge was $89 more than it should have been. I didn’t feel like fighting about it as I was trying to have a relaxing day and not cause a scene, so I paid it and left. Overall I could have paid way less and gone somewhere else. In my opinion this place is trying to be more luxurious than it is and I wouldn’t pay what I did again for that experience. To each their own.

The massage was great - no complaints on that. But they need to move locations where they aren’t in between a daycare and a hair salon. On each side you can hear noise while getting your massage which is not totally relaxing. I’ve been coming here for awhile and they have good services but the noise needs to go. They also need to offer more esthiaticians for facials.

I came here on my birthday and had the most wonderful experience. From the start: customer service was unmatched. Ashley was very welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. She made it a point to acknowledge my birthday and make me feel very special. Service: Claudia is the best masseuse I’ve ever encountered. I booked the relaxation massage with some enhancements and I can’t say I’ve ever felt more relaxed. Tension and knots that I didn’t even notice, she worked them all out. Amazing ambiance, friendly staff, 10/10 experience !
