l've been seeing Lorena for nearly 10 years now, and every appointment just reinforces how incredibly talented and professional she is. Lorena consistently delivers amazing results, in which is exactly why I haven't let anyone else touch my hair since I was first recommended to her. Whether it's a color, style, or a simple cut, she puts so much care and attention into every detail. The atmosphere in the salon is always warm and welcoming, making every visit a great experience. I truly can't recommend her enough. She's simply the best in OC!

I started at this salon with a stylist who, although she didn’t speak English, was very kind, communicative, and genuinely tried to help me reach my hair color goals. She did a great job, but unfortunately, she left the salon. After that, the owner took over my hair, and the experience was completely different. She was rude and dismissive, telling me I was “complaining” when I was only asking simple follow up questions regarding my hair since my hair is fine and needs extra care. During a move-up, she missed some beads in my extensions and toned my hair ashier than I asked for. When I pointed it out the following day she insisted she “doesn’t make mistakes” and claimed she used the exact same formula as before—even though my hair was visibly darker and not what I wanted. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and went back to have the missed beads fixed, and she scheduled a follow-up appointment for roots and extension move up. But when I texted her the day before to confirm, she completely ghosted me and never replied, leaving me in the dark. I even referred a friend here because the prices are decent, but she also had a negative experience. On just the consultation alone, my friend said the owner was rude, dismissive, and showed no care for customer service or communication. The owner comes across as unprofessional, rude, and a “know-it-all” who refuses to take accountability. Definitely not a place I’d recommend if you want respectful service and consistent results.

Lorena is just Fantastic! I highly recommend this Place, She always Leaves my hair how i want it , and Dose an awsome job and is very friendly, She knows what's she doing so no need to tell her how to do her job, She will leave your hair looking and feeling good. I've been coming here now for about 3 years and I've never been disappointed in her work! I Freaking love my results thank you Lorena you're awesome!😊 Here's a Before and After picture

I was totally satisfied and happy with the finished results. I will definitely be coming back to her..” FOR ME THE ATTITUDE AND UNWILLINGNESS AND HOW SHE TALKS TO PEOPLE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL. You said my assistant does that come in for a consultation ( impossible in your WORDS) I’m allowed to write a review to let others know your actions and what you can not do . But say you do . you have a business to make woman feel beautiful . Not all woman . Please stop and serve woman with love . Turning away a client that clearly had money for your services . Your reviews clearly show you do it. Your comments to your concerned PAYED CLIENTS ( not me ) when running a business shows it needs to be evaluated. No emotions just your lack of professional services .

Lorena at OC Beauty Lounge is amazing! She’s been doing my hair and custom extensions, and every time I leave, I feel so confident and taken care of. She really listens to what I want and always makes it happen — even when I reach out last minute! Her work is flawless, and she makes the whole experience relaxing and fun. Highly recommend her if you want someone who truly cares about your hair and your vision. 💇🏽‍♀️✨
