The One Auto Service and Performance

I had a warning light pop up that I'd never seen before and couldn't tell from Google how serious it was. There weren't many shops open after 5 but they were close and highly rated. They were so nice and explained to me the likely cause of the error, what I could do in the meantime, and future options to resolve the issue. They gave me confidence to continue on the rest of my drive and everything they said checked out later when I had a chance to do more research.

I got aftermarket Steering wheel installed by the shop on my Challenger Scat Pack, they did great job! They were the only shop around the area installing aftermarket parts! I really appreciate it the work they’ve done, and good price too.

They couldn't align my car because it was too low. So they tried a friend's shop. Also failed, but that's above and beyond. Great customer service.

I was passing by SF and saw low tire pressure on my car. I stopped here to make my tires are ok. They were so welcome and kind enough to help with my car tires and provided their honest advice.

We were looking to buy a car remotely from a local dealership, and asked The One Auto Service to do a pre-inspection for us. Most other local mechanics wanted $120-$180 (3x the national average), and many weren't available. The One Auto Service was the only place that offered a reasonable price of $80, and was willing to do it same-day for us. We really appreciated that. What we got back from them was fantastic. They didn't find much in the way of mechanical problems, as the car did only have 13k miles. But there were a number of paint defects (blemishes, scratches, etc) and The One emailed excellent high resolution, in-focus (which is somehow a rarity these days) photos of each and every blemish, from an angle and with lighting that showed it clearly so that we could make an informed decision. We also got quantified measurements (not just "looks good") of each tire's tread and brake life. In the end we decided to purchase a different car from another state, in excellent condition. The One Auto Service helped save us from an unhappy purchase that we would have been reminded of every time we looked at our car for years. I highly recommend them, and am glad there are competent businesses that can do their job well and don't need babysat to get it done. Thank you The One!
