Now with 22 locations across four states, Nevada’s first franchise of The Paleta Bar sits awkwardly in otherwise-Asian Shanghai Plaza, but thanks to quality Ingredients and friendly service the concept has this far found success throughout the year. Visited on a hot August Sunday, perfect for Popsicles in a variety of flavors, The Paleta Bar premise begins with handmade Ice Pops offered dipped, topped or mixed into drinks such as as nearly $10 Mangonada with Chamoy and Aguas Fresca. Appealing to a local audience with Avocado, Durian and Ube, or to traditionalists favoring Rice Milk with plenty of Cinnamon, Hispanics reminiscing of childhood will fall in love with Bubblegum, though perhaps not the $5 tab with added Mochi bites.

Awesome friendly service. Bars are large and rich, very flavorful. Base bar $4.50. very reasonable! Only problem was 1) too many options 😅 2) high risk for addiction. Will be back in a few days. Coconut bar was super coconutty with pieces inside, very creamy. Fruity pebbles bar was everything you thought it should be

I had a great experience at The Paleta Bar. The concept is super fun—you get to fully customize your paleta with a variety of dips, drizzles, and toppings, so every visit can be something different. The paletas themselves were fresh, flavorful, and not overly sweet. You can really taste the quality, especially with the fruit-based options. The toppings bar is where it gets exciting—tons of choices, from classic chocolate and caramel to more creative options. The shop is clean, bright, and has a nice vibe. It’s definitely a spot you can stop by with friends or family and enjoy something different from your typical dessert places. Only thing I’d say is it can get a little busy depending on the time you go, but it’s worth the wait.

Amazing paletas! First time I had Taro in my life and it was amazing combined with white chocolate and fruity pebbles. The place has very cool setup and a huge selection of paleta flavors and coverings as well as toppings. Really recommended place when you are craving some good ice cream!
