I had an amazing experience! Mrs.Latoya’s suite was clean, welcoming, and smelled wonderful. She was on time, offered snacks and water, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Our conversation flowed so naturally with lots of laughs it honestly didn't feel like I was a first-time client. I felt completely at ease and trusted her with my hair. I'm so happy with my results my hair looks healthier, feels so soft, and has beautiful bounce. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and professional stylist. I'll definitely be back! My service was the Luxury Smoothing Treatment and she cut away all of my dead ends now it’s shining, and silky soft!

I honestly had such a good experience with her! 🥹💕 From the moment I got there, the energy was just GOOD. We literally talked my whole appointment 😂 she was so funny, sweet, welcoming, and just made me feel comfortable. I’ll be honest, I don’t know a whole lot about my hair or what I’m supposed to be doing maintenance-wise, and I was definitely nervous going in because I wasn’t sure if she’d even be able to get my hair to look the way I wanted. Not ONE time did I feel hair-shamed or judged. Instead, she actually educated me, listened to what I wanted, and made me feel comfortable asking questions. That meant a lot to me. Her space was clean, comfortable, and professional, and you can tell she really cares about what she does and the experience she gives her clients. And honestly, after having my son a few weeks ago, I really needed this. Like many others, I was a social media fan of The Pink Comb. I decided to go with a new look after years of being natural. I knew this was the perfect place to do so. I was thrilled to get a same day appointment through a booking site. Unfortunately, it did not show on her end to no fault of hers. La'Toya was still able to take me that day. She took the time to examine my hair and scalp to decide the best way to tailor to my needs. She definitely has blessed hands and a warm spirit as well. My service was amazing and I will be returning to continue my healthy hair journey!
