We're happy to share our experience with Sally Kim from our recent home purchase. My wife and I moved from out of state and didn't have connections in the Atlanta area. For her property management work she maintains a pool of good home maintenance and care professionals. Each one of those whom Sally recommended for us and worked on our newly purchased home was great. They were highly experienced in their work, reasonably priced, and, most of all, good work ethics. We continue to consult with her for matters related to home cares and maintenance, and she never fails to respond to our asking for her suggestion. Sally is exceptional, and she is the best among those agents that we had worked before. We're sure there are many her clients that would share similar wonderful experiences.

I did not know what a truly great realtor could look like until we met Sally. As first time home buyers, she educated and guided us with great patience. When we walked through homes, we could really see her knowledge and experience in this area shine through. She did not hesitate to point out things like uneven-ness in the floors, siding issues, potential areas in the yard where water might collect, etc. She has great attention to detail, far more than the average person. She was also very upfront about recommending specific inspections depending on the house, and never pushed us one way or another to make a decision on a house. Even when dealing with difficult sellers, she would keep things professional and handle it all without breaking a sweat or letting us know until after the fact. We are so grateful to have had a great realtor through a typically stressful experience. And I also have to call out that her colleague Ginny was also knowledgeable, professional, kind, patient, and just as brutal when it came to inspecting houses with us. Having them as our realtors & guides was the best thing that could've happened to us!!!
