Trey provided patient and excellent guidance on price negotiation throughout our purchase process, connected me with a great home inspector, mortgage lender, and insurance provider, and went above and beyond by helping coordinate property tours before closing so I could start tenant recruitment early. My wife Jamie and I were first recommended James Reynolds when we were looking to buy a house in Delco PA.
