This one is for Jackie- I had such an amazing experience with you! I have very curly hair and I’m very particular about who touches it, but she exceeded every expectation I had. Not only was she incredibly professional and kind, but her skill level is truly impressive. She styled my hair for my graduation and I felt so confident and beautiful. She handled my curls with so much care and the results were better than I could have imagined. Thank you again! You are awesome!

This salon is 30 minutes out from me but it is SOOOO worth the drive. Jen is absolutely amazing and she worked with me when my keratin treatment didn’t come out as expected. She is a true master stylist and is so personable and makes you feel so special! If I could give her 100 stars I would!!

I absolutely love this salon! I’ve been coming here for years, and there’s just something magical about it. Everyone is so kind and welcoming, so it never feels awkward or uncomfortable. Over the years, I’ve had my hair cut, colored, gotten Brazilian blowouts, and even had formal updos done here. Hair is such a personal thing, and trusting someone with it isn’t easy. The fact that I trust every stylist in this salon says everything. I always leave feeling amazing, and I can’t recommend them enough!

Best experience ever at a salon. So relaxed. Jen is a super owner. Mariah gave me the best cut and color. Her suggestions were spot on. She is a lovely, very talented young woman. PS Coffee is delicious!

Honestly really disappointed with my experience here. I came in with clear pics of what I wanted (cool toned blonde) and understood my hair is darker, but my hair was only processed for like 25 minutes and never lifted enough. THEY WERE ALSO REFERENCE PICTURES OF ME, NOT A MODEL, MY ACTUAL HAIR COLOR THAT HAS BEEN ACHIEVED. It stayed super brassy, nowhere near the pale yellow it needs to be before toning. I gave them a second chance and went back, and Mya said she’d “just do a few pieces” after I already paid $200… which made no sense. On top of that, she left me for 30+ minutes while my hair was processing, which is kind of crazy considering the damage waiver they make you sign. (I have pictures with time stamps) The whole experience felt off. I wasn’t offered water, wasn’t really checked on, and felt ignored while other clients were getting better service. Mya gave me golden blonde hair with brassy undertones. I wanted dimension and darkness with COOL TONES, but since it wasn’t processed fully the first time, she carelessly went in and added more, so there’s NO DIMENSION. I have gotten my hair done serveral times (I am not from Florida) and have never experience this tone of hair. At the end she just told me I was done and I could leave. She was nice in a customer service way, but overall it didn’t feel personal at all, and I still don’t like my hair. If something isn’t achievable, just be upfront instead of taking someone’s money and not delivering. I have provided a picture of the final product vs the reference picture of myself. I am so heartbroken because I went through a similar experience a year ago and finally got to the point where I can start over. I also just tried to call in hopes of speaking to someone before this review; however, they let it ring. When I was just in the salon, they answered every call :))
