On behalf of my dad, the Singh Law Firm was very supportive in my dad’s will being finalized. They assured my siblings and I that everything will be handled professionally and thoughtfully and they delivered on that promise. From the moment we spoke to Isha over zoom, we knew we were in good hands. Isha was very knowledgeable and knew her stuff. She gave us assurance it will all be streamlined and the process will be very easy, which it was. She asked the right questions, made things very clear for us and allowed us to engage and be apart of the discussion. I felt really comfortable that she had all her bases covered and having someone like her in your corner gives you such peace of mind. When we walked in to their office to officially sign all the documents, they had a nice welcome sign for my dad with his name on it. I was surprised and thought that was a nice touch. They didn’t need to do that but it’s their way of showing that they care and that meant a lot to me. We were greeted nicely by the receptionist and she was very friendly. We then met with Susie who just like Isha, presented herself very professional and knowledgeable. She was very nice and answered all my questions thoroughly. She was very thoughtful in the way she spoke and she had a humbling nature about her. My dad has trouble hearing but she was thoroughly engaging with him, making eye contact and was happy to repeat things again when needed. The whole process was so efficient and smooth. After my dad signed all the paperwork, they handed us his portfolio and they were smiling and embracing my dad and I in completing such an important, life document. They were happy to be apart of this big completion and was happy for us. I really felt that. Susie was very grateful that we went with their Law Firm and that she was happy to have a hand in distributing of my dad’s life work to us kids. My dad, my siblings and I couldn’t have asked for a better law firm than the Singh Law Firm. This firm that has your back, packs a punch and does it with knowledge, empathy and kindness.
