went there for the first time after not going to a salon for around 5/6 years. usually i don't end up having the best experience but this place changed me, i felt comfortable & i left feeling sooo beautiful and confident, & all thanks to Ria!!! not only were they so cool but they did such an amazing job on my custom haircut & i'm so grateful!! def recommend & i will be back! <3
Cole did an amazing job. He listened to my vision, we collaborated, he did his magic and gave me the most INCREDIBLE haircut I’ve ever had in my life. The atmosphere of the salon is bright, cute, inviting, and super friendly. Everyone is a master artist of their craft. Saw some incredible vivids, blowouts, cuts. Just WOW. Cole will forever be my person. I thank my lucky stars to have found this place <3
I went blonde for the first time in my life with Mercy and I couldn't be happier! She listened to what I was looking for and gave me perfect color and a cute cut to match. I also love the vibe of the salon, lots of natural light and beautiful plants plus a very safe and queer friendly environment. Highly recommend!
TL;DR - I used to hate getting my hair cut but now I love it because Mercy is a goddess, the salon is a vibe, the community events are a blast, and you should absolutely book an appointment ASAP!! I don't talk about this really, but I used to dread getting my hair cut because of dysphoria and my own lack of communication skills when it comes to hair. Friends would send me to someone, I would get it done and then not want to hurt anyone's feelings so I'd wait to get home then get upset and then feel silly about getting upset because I was "a dude crying about my hair" so I stopped getting my hair cut professionally for over a decade. There's a lot to unpack there obviously, but Mercy has flipped the script and always makes me feel like part of a gorgeous work of art every time I show up, to the point I don't even have to say anything when I walk in anymore. She always has a crazy and awe-inspiring idea ready and I know I can trust her to execute in a way that looks fabulous and flawless every time ✨ On top of that the salon is constantly hosting fun events with live music and local vendors to bring the community together. Mercy and her artists are such amazing people and this community is so lucky to have them!!
I would give Cole my soul. My entire first born quite honestly. He better be available the day of my wedding because I don’t trust anyone else to touch my hair. I have never left this salon disappointed or feeling ugly. When I ask for a certain style it is done with accuracy with the best conversation and banter ever. Cole is always striving and succeeding at making guests feel comfortable and confident. I am so grateful for him and stargazer! Please book with him!
