Really like this UPS Store—it’s right next to one of my favorite Thai spots, which makes running errands way easier. What stood out most is their self-service return kiosk, something I’ve never seen before. It lets you process returns completely on your own, which is perfect if you’re short on time or stopping by right before closing. Super quick, no waiting in long lines, and incredibly user-friendly. The staff here are always welcoming and helpful, and the location itself is clean and well-organized. Definitely my go-to spot for any quick shipping, drop-offs, or returns. Efficient service, modern setup, and genuinely friendly people—can’t ask for more from a UPS Store.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best store. Owner that really cares and goes above and beyond. I used this store to ship my very precious grandmas China half way across the country and some one of a kind oil paintings. The store meticulously wrapped everything and delivered the packages. Unfortunately one of (hundreds) of the fine China broke in transit. The owner helped me manage the insurance claim process and ensured I was reimbursed so I could replace the antiques. Went above and beyond. Is so nice to work with people who care.

I had a great experience at this UPS Store thanks to Jolenie. She was incredibly respectful, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Instead of just shipping my package as-is, she took the time to adjust and cut down the package size, which ended up saving me money on shipping, something she absolutely didn’t have to do, but did anyway. Her attention to detail and customer-first attitude really stood out. It’s refreshing to meet someone who actually cares about helping customers rather than rushing them through. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of her. Highly recommend this location, and if you’re helped by Jolenie, you’re in great hands.

She explained everything step by step, made sure I understood all the options, and truly cared about the final result. The quality of the work came out beautiful! Highly recommend using Tania for printing services. I'm getting married this year and she helped bring my vision for my wedding invitations to life. She responds really quickly and helped make adjustments to my design to make sure it looked its best for print. She printed on beautiful high quality paper, put together all 100 of the invitation suites, printed addresses on all my envelopes on nice envelopes, and mailed them out for me. Her prices are much lower than using a typical wedding invitation print company. I love being able to support this small locally owned business and I will be using her again for all my wedding printing needs.
