Immense gratitude for Goddess Ashley of The Yoni Day Spa. What started out as an inquiry on her products turned into a 1-hour one on one wellness session. Our Queen sister had no intention on selling me anything but to sincerely pour into me. Ashley thank you for reminding me to take care of ME. To prioritize my mental and physical health. This was a testament to that quality of your character and your products. After our call a literal weight was lifted off my shoulders. I normally don’t write reviews but this was TERRIBLE customer service. She was active on instagram but ignoring my messages. Reaching her was EXTREMELY difficult to follow up on my order. I ordered almost 3 weeks ago. There is no email listed for contact for these type of things. Her website has a self submission, did that. No response. Two, She has this setting that only allows people she follows to message her on IG. Ones that she doesn’t are limited. I had to @ her in her comments, on her personal ig post just to reach her about my order because that one ig message was not enough. Even then it took her a while to respond. Again, I was following up on my order to receive an update because it had already been past the time frame that’s listed on her website for shipping. 3 days pass and no urgency whatsoever to respond. Third, I reached out to the number twice and no response both times. Yet she was on instagram the whole time posting on her stories. The stories were not even related to her business and about “her type of men. Terrible customer service and delivery. I wouldn’t recommend her business to anyone huge lack of care and urgency for her customers. Very unprofessional.

After being on birth control for over 10 years and then removing myself cold turkey, I now suffer from PCOS. I booked a consultation with Ashley. After talking to with me about my PCOS experience she recommended specific teas, yoni steam, acupuncture, and womb massages. I've been consistent in my treatment and my symptoms of POCS are almost completely cleared 🤯🤯🤯. After dealing with "education" doctors and doing all that they recommended NOTHING worked. I've been consistent in my regimen with Ashley for 3 weeks now and notice a huge difference. I'm so very appreciative and recommend anyone to a least request a consult !

I'll start by saying, I normally dont write reviews unless its a bad one. However this experience deserves 10 stars so I decided to switch it up and write a good one. This place was found and gifted to me from someone from out of state. Its something I have been wanting to do for a while and finally got to try it. The customer service and the actual service was an AMAZING EXPERIENCE! It is something that cant really be put in to words. You just have to see for yourself! I will definitely be back and 🎁 gifting some ppl the experience myself! Thanks to the wonderful founder for blessing my🌹💯!
