Sign in to reviewPoor communication. You make an appointment, they don't show ! You call them, they say they forgot about you !! How professional 😆😆😆 Talk bout letting a senior down that was anticipating a visit today. Scheduled at 11:30 on Friday last week.. I'd avoid this company and look for another PROFESSIONAL home health care company. They let my family down today, left hanging with no call, no show. Wait they will reschedule when you call and complain to find out why they are not a company of they word .. This is so upsetting, sorry doesn't cover the inconvenience THE KEY
The Key was highly recommended to me by my mother’s AL community. With her dementia, she needed some extra hands on attention. This company was able to quickly find a companion for my mom and made adjustments as necessary. The portal they use to communicate with me is so awesome as I never got this for a previous care giver. The care giver is compassionate about keeping a high standard for her patients and I can tell she truly wants to connect with my mom to help her (and me) feel more at ease. I highly recommend The Key to anyone looking into getting a care giver.
My mom needed some additional help and support to maintain her quality of life. Paula Lopez and her outstanding team she manages truly cares about my mom. My mom looks forward to seeing her caregiver’s daily and they always smile and warmly greet her while providing excellent service. Paula is responsive and great about modifying the care plan to meet my mom’s changing needs. I am confident my mom is receiving the best care. I highly recommend the Key.
The Key, Esp Paula is superior in Caregivers service. The coordination has been fantastic!! If someone is sick, they call and let us know ASAP... and when changes are necessary -though they try to maintain caregiver regularity- they alert us immediately. They do so well, so that my mom's care is provided with consistency so important for someone with mental health issues and aging issues!! and they even meet with us at the doctor so I don't have to travel across town and can get their take on mom's behaviors to keep her bipolar regulated. ♡♡♡ Them!! Couldn't do this without the Key!!
TheKey provides excellent care to their clients. I have witnessed it firsthand and how patient they are with the elderly. I highly recommend their services! Also, Michelle Arsate is very professional and awesome to work with! She follow ups on everything and I know I can always count on her to help! Keep up the good work!
