Update to owner reply: It’s interesting how fast you reply to negative Google reviews compared to text messages. I’ve been trying to book an appointment since July 2nd. After jumping through hoops, being told my confirmation wasn't "detailed enough," and waiting nearly four weeks for an August schedule that never arrived, I was told you're booked out until September. You might have skill, but your customer service and booking system are completely unprofessional. Two months of runarounds and excuses isn't how you treat clients. Highly recommend avoiding. Terrible customer service; 2 months of trying to get an appointment and all I got was oops booked out again not sure why you didn’t get the message. You can be as skilled but if you lack basic human decency to keep people aware and are running a business I don’t know what to say!
