I called to make an appointment but they said it's not busy so they're only taking walk-ins.I came in and they asked for my files and told me to sit and wait. No joke I waited for 2 hours,during which another gentleman came in and was told to drop off his file and come back later because the wait is long. When I was finally called up, the owner worked with me.I brought this up with her and she basically brushed it off.She said something to the effect of, well some people want to wait, some people want to drop off and come back, we can't please everybody.I said that's fine if it takes long, I just want to know so I can decide for myself.She then called the worker who helped me over and said, he said why didn't you tell him the wait was long? The worker then lied and said she did. I can't help but shake my head at how the business is ran. Owner doesn't take responsibility, puts pressure on worker who then lied. Ive been coming here for 3 years, but I will not return. For the price of $145, I think I can go elsewhere.
Thank you for helping me file my tax every year. However today waiting time is greater than 1 hour and 30 mins. You served people who came after us. I thought it should be first come first serve. What a waste of time. Please consider taking number to make sure peoples order is correct.
