Their agents have great follow through and every time I reach out to them to re-quote my policies, they always come back with strong recommendations on how to maximize my savings. My husband has been a customer of this agency for almost 3 years now. They insure for his construction and excavating business and at the beginning we instantly felt like family, we were taken care of and treated like a priority 10/10 (Hailey was our first agent who wrote our policies and I am still trying to find where she went she was incredible) then we worked with another good agent, Vanessa who helped with all our job certifications and changes very timely (again another good agent who is no longer there). Nida is I guess our only agent now handles our renewals and I think most of the time she’s professional, the other times she’s inattentive and inactive with our needs or questions and sending us to Connie (again another good agent who is no longer with the agency) except when she sends our renewal two weeks before the date and desperate to keep our business but can’t give clear answers to any questions so we feel forced to stay so coverage doesn’t lapse. Shopping for insurance is always a headache but it’s clear now that it’s time to find a better one. This agency is going down hill the revolving door of good agents that are no longer there and the mediocre ones that are says everything, Very disappointing and I hope they get it together.
