It was my 1st came to Tily Salon. My hair was broken. Tily is very kind lady. She listen to me with care, she makes me feel comfortable. I love my hair now. I feel confident. I am so happy that finally I found a hair stylist that I can trust with my hair!!!!
Tily can be very friendly but it's easy to get on her bad side. My first hint was she complained to me about her last customer who had questioned the price... Big No-No. I've never had a hairdresser that didn't ask you a lot of questions and really work with you to get very clear on what you want. I even brought in a picture of a haircut I really liked and she dismissed. It, essentially told me I was getting a bob. Wow! But what really set her off was I didn't like that she cut my bangs short and straight across, which we had previously talked about. No straight across bangs. I said something and she argued with me. I'm sure the other customer in the salon got an earful about me after I left.
I have been going to Tily's for 3 years now and I have always been pleased with my haircuts. She also does my wife's hair. It is nice and convenient that we both are able to go to the same stylist every time and expect a quality cut.
Tily was AWESOME! She is so sweet and nice. I had a great experience with her. I got a haircut from her at first and she did an amazing job. I’m very indecisive and know nothing about hair and what flatters my face shape but she definitely does! She gave great advice! I loved her so much I made an appointment to color my hair on the same week! When coloring my hair she made sure I knew what I was getting. The conversations with her was also great! Definitely a great company when sitting on a chair for a long time :) Overall I definitely would recommend her to anyone! She is fantastic and definitely a hard working women! My hair feels healthier with the products she used, they also smelled really good! Thank you Tily! I’ll see you again for sure! :)
Tily gave me a haircut and balayage and they came out gorgeous!! She is an experienced stylist who works with a lot of care to truly get you the results that you would like. I came in with just a photo of what I thought I wanted and she took care of the rest. She is also very accommodating, has flexible timing (make sure to call!), and is such a sweet person! Don't hesitate to make an appointment!
