Whether it's a routine cut or a complete style change, I always leave her chair feeling more confident and beautiful. But what truly sets Tina apart is her integrity. She is consistently honest about what your hair can and cannot do, and she gives her expert advice on how to care for it at home without ever pushing unnecessary products or services. This genuine, no-nonsense approach to her business is rare and so appreciated. After 14 years, she feels more like a friend than a hairstylist to us. We trust her completely. I am not usually one to leave reviews but I did want to put out there what a wonderful my experience was with Tina! I received the Japanese Hair Straightening Treatment this past weekend and I don’t think I have ever been more satisfied after a treatment. I am a low maintenance girl born with high maintenance hair, and this was a miracle treatment for me. Even though the treatment takes a while, it felt like it went by in a flash. Tina was engaging and made sure to reassure me through each step! I wish I had more frizzy hair friends, so that I could recommend they see Tina Q!!

I’ve decided to do something to my hair but finding the right salon was hard until i discovered about Tina Q Salon! Just the best!! I wanted to try her “Japanese hair straightening” as it looks like the same process how i usually get my hair done in my country! I read so many positive reviews and gave me the push! I came across Tina a little over a year ago and am so grateful I did. I've had the Japanese Straightening done several times when I lived in El Paso and when I moved here I was looking to save a buck and made the mistake of purchasing a groupon for this service. Let me just say, you definitely get what you pay for. My hair was ruined! Before I did the groupon I had purposely gone 3 years without doing anything major with my hair so that it could be it's healthiest (since I have very thin fragile hair) so you can imagine how devastated I was after my groupon experience. I love that Tina met with me for a consultation first. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and I have gone back since for highlights and coloring and she has done a fantastic job every time. With my hair being as thin and fragile as it is I've never been confident or trusting of anyone doing anything to it until I met her. She will always have your hair's best interest at heart!

I am so happy with my results. Tina is an artist that cares. She doesn’t cut corners and it shows in her work. Highly recommend!
