Reviews mention Filipino dishes served in a small restaurant area at the back of the store, where customers may find a couple of tables and can sit down to eat. One customer described ordering beef egg rolls, chicken adobo, and rice, praising the chicken thighs as juicy and tender. Other reviewers say the food feels authentic and brings to mind a meal at a loved one’s home. The menu and availability may vary, so calling ahead to ask about dishes or placing a pickup order may be helpful; a reviewer reports doing so successfully. The grocery side is another reason customers visit. Reviews describe the store as well laid out and stocked, and shoppers can browse Filipino and Asian grocery items alongside the food service. It may be a useful stop for people preparing Filipino dishes at home, looking for familiar ingredients, or introducing friends and family to Filipino cooking. Customer feedback is generally positive, with a listed rating of 4.4 out of 5 from 300 reviews. Feedback is not uniform: one reviewer raised a concern about the price of a can of Nestle cream, so it is sensible to check current shelf prices and product details before buying.

I was very happy to find Tindahang Pinoy..... a Filipino restaurant! I ordered beef egg rolls with the main dish being Chicken Afobo and rice. There were two tables in the back of the store, and I gladly waited for my turn. The chicken Adobe was made with juicy, tender thighs. The food was very authentic. The owner was very nice, amd checked on me several times. I am glad I drove a little distance to eat here!!!

Filipino food is my favorite so finding this spot felt so special. It is hard to find good, authentic Filipino food in my area so coming here was such a treat. Coming here feels like you’re eating at the home of a loved one in the best way possible. If you come here you won’t regret it. Definitely try the lumpia and canton☀️🤍 …

This is like one of the best kept secrets in Pinellas Park Clearwater St. Pete area. I love coming here. It's like going back to the Philippines. They got a little restaurant there. You can grab some lunch or supper or whatever you can sit down. Watch a little TV. Enjoy a meal. Talk to all the local Filipina people that come in and go out of there. They're so friendly and nice. And you can't imagine all the things that you can get at this store and do if you want to ship in anything overseas that's the place to go. The people are just so nice and friendly. I love this place.
