Tique Salon is amazing! From the moment I walked in, I felt calm and welcome. Elizabeth has a true gift—she knew exactly what my hair needed. The salon, her adorable pets, and the peaceful vibe made the experience unforgettable. I left with perfect hair and a happy heart. Highly recommend!

Elizabeth is amazing at what she does. I learned that she has decades of experience, and it definitely shows. I showed up to my first appointment with a picture of what I wanted, and she was pretty quick to tell me my hair wasn’t long enough to accomplish the look. She was really forward with her professional opinion, which was refreshing. We ended up working together to come up with a cut that framed my face in a similar way and gave my hair more movement. I’ve really struggled to get a haircut that I’ve truly enjoyed, but I left Tique feeling way more confident in my hair. Elizabeth even taught me how to blow dry my hair to get the look I wanted. AND the price was less than I’ve paid at other boutique salons, much more affordable. I will keep coming to Tique as long as it’s open, and I tell all my friends and family to see her!!

I am so grateful to have met Elizabeth! She is an absolutely lovely, kind, intuitive person and talented hair artist. Not only did I receive a beautiful haircut and color that made me feel like a whole new person, I also received such nurturing care and life wisdom from her. Her salon felt like a homey, comfy sanctuary.. I felt completely at ease. I hope to continue seeing her whenever I’m in town. Thank you so much, Elizabeth!

If you happen to share Elizabeth's vision of what looks good on you, or you are willing to allow her to dictate what looks good, then probably you will have a good experience. However, if you want someone who will listen, take your opinion seriously, and not impose their image on you, go elsewhere. I believe that Elizabeth, and any hair stylist, deserves to be listened to for input. Which is what I did, I listened and considered her input. We actually reached an agreement. But shortly thereafter, she resumed questioning what I wanted, leading again to more back and forth and me repeating my concerns and aims. It became apparent to me that she didn't like what I wanted and that all this "discussion" was just her way to trying to impose her own opinion. So I got up and walked out. When the stylist's advice is rejected, that's just how life goes - unless you are at Tique Salon. Elizabeth has NO professional boundaries when it comes to a difference of opinion. You are there to manifest her vision. Really upsetting experience and I'm glad I got up and left. She deserved it. "Tique Salon"? Pique Salon is more accurate. And Elizabeth, if you are bothering to read this, don't apologize. An apology from you is just your way of trying to fool yourself and me, and I'm not fooled. I feel that Elizabeth knew in every moment that she was pushing me, and she didn't care how that made me feel. She cared only about doing a cut that she liked, not me.

Elizabeth is a true artist! She was able to accommodate both me and my husband on short notice and we both loved our haircuts. She was also kind enough to invite me the next day to style my hair again for a wedding! Looking forward to my next visit.
