We started house hunting about 2 months ago after we identified Morgan Hill as a good place to live. Tony is very detail oriented when preparing the home selection and his show events. For every home he showed, he will let us know why he like the home, what the pro and con of the property. With his efficient home visit planning, it only took our three home search trips to identify several homes that we liked in Morgan Hill. Tony was not a pushy, aggressive sales agent that only wanted to close the deal. He took time to research and took us looking into the options. But at the last decision phase, he was also not shy to make his recommendations and presented a really compelling analysis on why the house was the perfect fitting with our needs in terms of its location, its structure and design, its price, as well as the community consideration. With his help, it was quite easy for us to make the final decision.
