I just called to gather information, whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and just hung up on me. I may have even had the wrong business, but this place obviously doesn't care about getting future business with whoever they have answering phones. I can't imagine why they felt the need to give me attitude, I was very polite and only got two sentences in about what I was looking for. The only response I got was "Yes this is TNT dental group" with a very smug attitude. I said oh okay is this the correct company. I'm looking for TNT Dental Website and Marketing design? Slammed the phone down and hung up on me. I couldn't imagine visiting this dental office for actual dental help....
I wouldn't recommend this Dental place to anyone, because the staff and the dentist is unprofessional. The reception, when you walk in, doesn't look inviting and nice. This place treated my wife with disrespect, especially the dentist. They keep asking her for her social security number, and doesn't explain why they need it. We gave them our dental insurance, and yet they weren't satisfied until we give our social security number, in which we don't like to share, because they can use it for any purpose, like stealing your personal information. Customers beware, that's all I can say about this place. Also they don't put up a sign up on the hours of operation, because when I went there on Tuesday, there was no sign, saying close. All they put up was a cardboard. Google map doesn't show the hours of operation either. Just beware of giving out your personal information.
Now I would never go here to eat. They don't even have a menu, they force you to lay down and then tell you to open your mouth. Personally I would like to eat with no assistance, but they insisted, saying 'please stay still' and 'keep your mouth open'. The meal began with them shoving 'food' into my mouth with a q-tip. It tasted like bubblegum, but after it's been removed from under the desk. The portions were so tiny?? I would give the food here 0 stars, but the service was so great. The staff kept insisting that they were a dental clinic, but it's alright I understood that after long hours serving so many customers they get tired. Anyways, I'm looking forward to my next visit. I even got a complementaty tooth brush.
Dr. Trinh and Dr. Tấn are the best Dentist in Orange county period! I'm their patient for more than 10 years and with my honest rating.
