My mom was told by the dealership that she needed to replace a big part. The car had less than 30k miles. I took the car to Nghia and they were able to rectify the issue with a tiny repair that did not need replacing. They are honest. I’ve brought my vehicle in for service, repairs and each time communication along with physically showing me what is wrong or needed assures me that they are spot on with their assessment. They remember what was done even without looking at the history. Service, prices and communication are next level phenomenal. I will not go elsewhere.Mr. Tran and family understand the true meaning of customer service, honesty and the value of doing the work to a high standard without exception.
This place is the hidden gem I’m all of Houston. I’ve never had the same issue twice with this place. Mr. Tran and his son are the best people. Friendly and HONEST. They won’t sugar coat anything and have more than fair prices.the coffee packs they have there are amazing.

We did business once and chose to make this our to go place for any automotive issues. Never a dull moment with the owner he is always very friendly unless he’s busy which I understand. We appreciate the customer service and the honesty and the fairness that we receive when we do come back.
Updating my review since it has been years since I last reviewed. They recently moved to a newer, bigger location, but it remains just down the street from their old place on Hollister. I am so grateful to this business and this family! I have brought two of my cars here for many years. They are very honest, hardworking people and they have never once done shady work on my car. Always very upfront about the cost of everything. I have put a few people onto this shop and no complaints. Definitely recommend this business!
