I have been a patient of Dr. Nguyens’ for at least 20 years and have considered him a pretty decent Doctor. But his office staff ( the individual with the tatoos and fake eyelashes that answers the phone) is by far the rudiest, nasiest, individual I have ever come in contact with. In all my years of checking out and checking into the office to be seen, there isnt a time that I can remember when she was not being hateful of snide to another patient just meerly wanting to check in or check out. A large majority of his patients are elderly so this woman is literally degrading someone’s grandpa or grandma every minute, every hour, of every day. I do not understand why any physician would stand by and allow office personal to treat ANY of his patients in this manner, especially an elderly individual. Her behavion is nothing less than verbal abuse against an elderly population. I have wondered noticed he has way less patients and you can always get a same appt recently……and I know why. All I can add to this post is that the horrible excuse of a person will get what’s coming to her eventually. One day she is going to verbally abuse the wrong person….and get exactly what she deserves. In conclusion, readers believe everything that all of the numerous reviews have said about her…….because it is all true. Karma will come a knocking.

The doctors don't truly care about your well being, I have been miss prescribed 2 times, the 1st time I went to pharmacy and purchased it and was stuck with it as pharmacies don't return medicine. The 2nd time they lied and said the insurance must've been the reason for the change. When the prescription they filled was just an old one from previous years basically not paying attention to what they are doing. I tried to call and the nurse assistant argued with me saying if I have a prescription preference then I should just say that. On 1 occasion I came in on a visit with husband and I wanted to ask Dr. Nguyen about a different medicine, basically just wanted to know what the difference were of the medicine verses the one he had prescribed he told me without an appointment he couldn't answer me. So I went up to counter to pay appointment deductible for him to see me that day to answer my question. They cater more to elder people who don't pay attention to as much and don't complain. I would not recommend EVER!

Do not go this doctor if you’re black I only went to him once and he prescribed me some weight loss pills. Now I’m having heart problems and high blood pressure because of his negligence! I don’t recommend him at all! I hate that I ever went to him and after researching the medication he prescribed me was already banned by the FDA!

Horrible front office staff! Dr. Nguyen has no follow up. Dont even bother with the portal and it's even worse when you call. Just come in the office so they can bill you for a two minute conversation. Finding a new dr.....

Dr Nguyen is a great doctor. He really cares for his patients. When I was new to the area, a co worker referred me and I have been coming here ever since.
