Sign in to reviewExcellent shop, I brought my Mazda 3 in for a coolant leak and window regulator and received my car back the next day. I was helped by Kevin and Elmer. They were both super down to earth and thorough with the diagnosis, Kevin was very on top of communication and gave me regular updates during the whole process. Elmer gave me a ride home when I dropped the car off which was greatly appreciated. If I have any car troubles this shop is my new go to.
Kevin at Toykyo Auto was very helpful when I called in for alignment quote. He was very accommodating to get my Prius done within a hour. Affordable and fast. I’ve had my other cars serviced here as well. Always happy with results and timing.

Kevin has been a help to me several times for my 2003 Tundra, even walking me through what service I could handle myself and save some money. I found out about them from their stellar reputation on Placentia Buzz. Had the best experience and will return. Kevin went above and beyond to help us diagnose and navigate an oil light and helped us with key points to take tot he dealer for warranty repairs (which the car maker required). This place was busy but I felt very taken care of and appreciated the kindness Kevin showed us. I didn’t feel like they forced anything on us and clearly explained everything.
I took my Nissan Pathfinder in for the repair of an oxygen sensor in order to get it smogged. Kevin and the crew at Tokyo Automotive gave me a clear and accurate estimate and timeline for the repair. They were able to complete the repair the same day. Kevin even asked me to bring it by so he could check the sensors after they reset to make sure it was ready to get a smog check.
