Walked in at this small store but lots ,I mean lots of old games, consoles and accessories. WOW this place has it. Very welcoming and friendly 😊. I had to buy some games but what caught my eye was a original Gameboy Pac-Man at fair 🤔 price. It works with the first gen gameboy but i played with the Gameboy color instead. Love this place for old games . Thanks guys...

I’ve visited this shop a couple of times now, and this review is honestly long overdue: I’ve been expanding my retro game collection for over a year, so I feel confident saying this shop has fair pricing. I’ve compared their prices and game conditions to stores I’ve bought from online, in Los Angeles, and even Sacramento — and I’ve actually found games here in better condition and better pricing than some of those places. They’re a small, family-owned business, so it’s important to be realistic when visiting. Their inventory may be more limited compared to larger stores, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t constantly expanding. That’s exactly why supporting small businesses like this matters. Unfortunately, anything retro is going to be expensive — and maintenance is part of the hobby. Whether it’s replacing a battery in a Game Boy Color cartridge or fixing the laser in an older console, everything used deteriorates over time. That’s just the nature of retro gaming. One thing I really appreciate is how clean their products are compared to other stores I’ve purchased from. They’re also very honest about condition and often display it directly on the item. Their return policy is fair and flexible. I’ve been to stores where “final sale” truly means no exceptions, even if something fails days later. Here, defective items can be returned within 7 days with a receipt and original parts, which gives real peace of mind. It’s hard to find transparent, honest businesses that genuinely love what they do. This shop is truly a gem in the Bay Area.

If you’re looking for retro video games and a welcoming environment? Definitely give this place a look! It’s always amazing talking video games and news with Tony and he’s always been fair with my trade ins. I’ve never had an issue or regrets. I’ve picked up plenty of games from here and they’re flawless. The staff is always friendly and understanding. Parking lot can be better but you can still find parking relatively easy.

Tony runs a dope retro game store with consistently great deals, fair prices, and excellent trade-in value. He’s knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely looks out for his customers. Inventory is well priced, condition is solid, and I’ve scored some amazing finds thanks to him. Easily one of the best spots for retro gaming in the east bay!

GREAT SELECTION! This location has it all! Crazy to think my whole childhood was in this store, while I was looking around. The owners are super nice (Tony and Anna) and they can tell you about every game they have. I came in wanting to buy a rare hello kitty GameCube game for my daughter and came out with much more! He had my Super Nintendo Fave Separation Anxiety….(two player co op beat em up using Spiderman and Venom…crazy fun!) I will be coming back he has Def Jam 2 fight for NY and I need that! He has very rare games such as CASTLEVANIA 2 Belmont’s Revenge for Gameboy!!! Crazyy!!! Me and my buddies already planning to make a trip from Sacramento to this store…He has heat!
