Tram? More like scam. Time and time again, their coffee is so skimpy, mostly all ice, you maybe get 3-4 fl oz of drink with over half the cup full of ice. Nice place to look at. Service: I was in line and they took someone’s order that was behind me. Maybe because I was Mexican and the other person was Asian. Their drink are good, but lacking the satisfaction of having a full drink. If you order less ice, they will reduce amount of coffee, if you say no ice the cup would be less than half full, they did this at the other tram in little Saigon. I gave you one last chance tram.

Everything is good. I enjoy egg coffee today. I like the way the girl, who is staff here, services for customer. I saw one case, it was very hard situation happening, but she did very easy. The others staffs are working as great too.

I should have listened to the other reviews, but with a new location opening in Santa Clara, I wanted to give the original a shot. Ordered an egg cream coffee, and the cup was so full of ice that I couldn't get my straw in. Flavor was fine once I could get to it, but not worth the cost of the drink. Better to go with any of the other 10 or so cafes in the same plaza.

Wanted to try this place due to the line it was getting. Ordered a size large egg coffee, got a drink with enough coffee to feed a mouse. Not even halfway full and finished it in like 5 sips. What a joke.
