I normally don’t leave reviews, but this needs to be said. The lady at the front desk is extremely disrespectful and rude. Her work ethic is honestly unacceptable. Every time my husband or I call, she has an attitude. The nurse has also been very disrespectful, and the overall professionalism of the staff is just not there. She never properly handles my husband’s referrals when they need to be sent, which causes unnecessary delays and stress. It feels like we’re bothering her just by asking her to do her job. Their behavior makes us not even want to come back to this clinic anymore. Every visit feels uncomfortable because of the constant rudeness. The only reason we are still at this clinic is because Dr. Tran is an amazing doctor. He gets five stars without question. He listens, he cares, and he does a great job. Unfortunately, his staff does not reflect the level of care and professionalism that he provides. Something really needs to change, because patients should not feel disrespected every time they walk into a medical office.

DR. Tran very knowledgeable! Great bed side manner, very attentive in what you are saying. He does not rush you in and rush you out! He exemplify patience and he is a problem solver! His staff Rachel always greet me with a smile and so does Maria! They have nice brief conversations and they treat you like a patient and not a number! I advise anyone who is looking for a great internist...I strongly suggest Dr. Tran! 🩷

I went to this doctor during Covid. I was feeling ill and extremely stressed with my son getting a n aggressive cancer diagnosis and husband in the hospital sick with Covid. I went to see this doctor, and staff had no record of my appointment although my husband set it up for me saying thus doctor was willing to see me. The office desk made it obvious they were not happy with my showing up. It was one of the worst experiences of any doctor appointment I have ever had. The doctor lacked any compassion even tho he knew the circumstances of my plight. Never again.

Doctors great place is kind of old and run down but the worst part of the whole situation was the front desk admin, she is rude and always has the worst attitude. How you act towards people can change there whole day goes she this lady just flat out doesn’t care and is very rude

Doctor Tran has been a excellent doctor to me as well as my family. I've been a patient of his for quite some time. His staff is very professional and quick. Every visit feels like a family visit. Staff is very friendly. I've recommend plenty of people to his practice. I believe he is the best doctor in the Pasadena Bay shore area.
