I’ve had consistently positive experiences with Dr. Vuong over the years. She has cared for both me and my children and has been a trusted resource for our family. She is always professional, knowledgeable, patient, and willing to take the time to listen to concerns and answer questions thoroughly. During my most recent visit, I once again felt heard, respected, and confident in the care I received. I truly appreciate having a doctor who knows our family, provides thoughtful guidance, and genuinely cares about the well-being of their patients. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and dependable healthcare provider.
Dr. Vuong is an exceptional doctor who truly listens to her patients. She pays incredibly close attention to every detail of your needs and creates a personalized care plan that makes you feel heard and valued. Highly recommended!
Dr. Vuong has been my primary for years. I can't imagine having any other doctor. She takes her time with you and takes the very best care of you. She really stays on top of your issues.
I have never had an experience with a physician that left me feeling so dismissed, humiliated, and defeated. This was not my first appointment with this physician. Dr. Tran Vuong had been my doctor for several years, which made what happened all the more shocking. I came to this appointment because I genuinely needed medical help. I was experiencing debilitating symptoms that were having a significant impact on my life, and I was looking to my doctor for guidance and compassionate care. Instead, as I explained the symptoms I was experiencing and why I was seeking medical help, she laughed at me. I will never forget that moment. I wasn’t telling a funny story. I was asking for help. To be laughed at by the very person I trusted to care for me was humiliating, deeply hurtful, and something no patient should ever experience. From that moment forward, I no longer felt like a patient. I felt like someone whose concerns had already been dismissed. Rather than trying to understand what I was experiencing, she suggested there was “something else going on” with me and shifted the conversation away from the very reason I had come to see her. I was left feeling that my symptoms had been minimized instead of taken seriously. She also asked numerous deeply personal questions that I did not feel were relevant to the medical concerns that brought me to her. Those questions felt intrusive rather than medically necessary, and later I realized that much of that deeply personal information had been documented in my medical record. I expected my physician to use sound medical judgment about what was relevant to my care. Instead, I was left feeling exposed, violated, and very uncomfortable. I also left feeling that assumptions had been made about me based on stereotypes rather than taking the time to understand me as an individual. Whether intentional or not, I felt judged instead of cared for, and that only added to the humiliation I was already experiencing. Compassion costs nothing, yet I experienced none. Every patient deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and empathy, especially when they are vulnerable enough to ask for help. Instead, I was left feeling embarrassed, gaslit, and ashamed for having shared my concerns at all. That one appointment fundamentally changed the way I view the medical profession. It shattered my trust. Instead of leaving with answers or reassurance, I left questioning whether I could trust another physician to truly listen to me or have my best interests at heart. I have been reluctant to seek medical care ever since because I no longer have confidence that my concerns will be taken seriously or that I will be treated with the compassion every patient deserves. I sincerely hope no other patient ever leaves Dr. Tran Vuong or any MD feeling as humiliated, unheard, and devalued as I did. It is an experience I will never forget.
Dr.Vuong started as my new born sons Dr. She was recommended by my OBGYN as being very thorough. She has been that and more!! She is now half of my family’s PCP, being that she is double board certified. I feel like my care is personalized to what is best for me instead of cookie cutter solutions. She takes into account all the each patient is and needs at a particular time. She’s the best!!!
