Every step of the booking and payments were simple and soo easy. Had some major hiccups with our airline and she stayed in contact and even suggested a nearby hotel to accommodate my entire family. I most definitely recommend using Travel Agents of Duncanville and Jennifer!! Look forward to booking my next trip!!
We chose to use this agency based on family recommendations, even though it wasn’t my first choice. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet our expectations. The agency seems behind when it comes to technology—payments either have to be made over the phone or in person, which was inconvenient. Our main issue was the lack of support after booking. We worked with Jennifer, and once the trip was confirmed, it felt like there was little time or effort given to answer our questions. When we visited in person, the interactions were very brief and not particularly helpful. We had concerns about TSA wait times at the airport, and when we asked about possibly adjusting our plans, it felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously. Moving forward, I would prefer using AI-based booking tools or a travel agency that offers a more modern, flexible experience—especially one that allows online payments and provides responsive customer support.
I had no business except to say hello to the owner, who has booked a number of trips for me over the years. I wanted to thank her and update her on myself. I know it seems old-fashioned to have a travel agent plan flights in this day of the Internet, but she can find deals, and coordinate flights way faster than I ever could. I think she may charge only a meager $20, but I give her more as a trip for her kind and efficient work. I have used her services for domestic as well as international trips for about 20 years. For my first trip out of the states, I decided to use a travel agent. I must say, Danielle did a great job finding a resort specifically to my liking. My overall experience was so good, instead of me booking my future trips, I'm calling Danielle to do it. She was very informative and knowledgeable about different destinations and the night life if you wanted to party. The other ladies in the office are nice and sweet as well. This is a great travel agency!
