Travel Network

Travel Network is a travel agency located at 179 High St SE in Salem, Oregon. It helps customers plan trips and arrange travel, with customer reviews describing international travel, tours in destinations around the world, and vacation planning. For people who prefer speaking with a local agent while considering travel options, this Salem office offers a place to ask questions and discuss a trip in person. Its location in central Salem makes it a local option for residents looking for travel-planning assistance close to home.

Customers have shared both positive experiences and concerns, so it is useful to approach the agency with clear expectations and confirm the details that matter most to your plans. Several reviewers describe the owner as kind and helpful, and one customer says they return for international travel because the agency has found them a good deal. Others mention timely follow-up after an initial call and positive experiences with tours around the world. These accounts suggest that attentive communication and value are important parts of what some customers appreciate about Travel Network.

Reviews also show why it can help to check arrangements carefully before departure. One customer described a disappointing Disneyland trip-planning experience, including difficulty locating trip information upon arrival and concerns about an off-site hotel that did not meet expectations. That account differs from other customers’ favorable comments, including a reviewer who called a Maui trip excellent and planned to return for help with wedding travel. Because every itinerary has its own details, travelers may want to confirm reservations, lodging location, dates, and written trip information directly with the agency and relevant providers.

Travel Network may suit people seeking help comparing or organizing international travel, tours, vacations, or travel connected with a special occasion. The customer feedback points to a personal service style, with some travelers valuing the owner’s kindness and continued assistance. It may be especially useful for customers who appreciate discussing plans with an agent rather than managing every detail alone. As with any travel booking, sharing priorities early and reviewing the final arrangements can help ensure that expectations are clear before the trip begins.

The office is open Monday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, according to the listed schedule. A visit or call during those weekday hours can be a practical first step for discussing travel plans and the assistance available. Travel Network has a 4.0 rating from 11 reviews, reflecting a range of customer experiences rather than a single story. For Salem travelers considering the agency, the most useful approach is to ask specific questions, confirm details in writing, and choose the support that fits the trip.
