Ridiculously overcharged. Hello Travis, I did not say anything to be called rude. I asked for the service fee right away, but you did not let me know, you said contact your assistant, they would tel me. But they didn't. Instead, they requested me to sent my documents.. then after i did, they then told me the fee. As comparison showed, i have the right to utter what could be said. You overcharged, then i said expensive for a simple one page w2. You have the right to refuse? Yes, but the truth is i was the one who had said No for that fee in the first place, not you thus, you had no chance to refuse me, it was I who refused you...and your expensive charge. In 2023, I had my tax prepared and i was with my spouse _ a couple in 2 different states, but they charged me 50 bucks last year. And today, only one simple page of w2 and i am alone, you doubled that fee. I also have the right to shop around _ but you were the first one I called when reading reviews, which means i did not call around. Anyone could say it's expensive, not a low income wage like mine. Btw, I did not say I wanted you to charge me $50. I just said that last year i was charged $50. Stop putting your words into my mouth. Anyway, don't just keep your face by lying: I did not say anything to be called rude, it's your reply shows me you're rude when making irrelevant story: Accusing someone who did not agree with your overcharging then you claimed he is rude? If someone wanna be called nice, he must accept whatever amount you say? Of course, i would go back to the previous preparer. He just was closed today. End your story here.
