Sign in to reviewI just Love this hair salon. My previous hairstylist, whom I had worked with for years, retired, so I had to find a new stylist a year and a half ago. I googled and came across Trend Salon. I browsed her work, read reviews, and decided to give her a try. My research paid off. First, Than, my hairstylist, is competent and nice: she knows what she is doing. Second, her coworker, Amy, also does an excellent job, especially with shampooing and head and shoulder massages: I love her work. In addition, they don’t push customers to do things they don’t need. Lastly, the salon is very clean and nice. I have received many compliments on my hair color and haircut. Most importantly, Than is very quick to understand what her customers want. Thank you all!
Have you ever been pampered while visiting a hair salon? I thought I had until I visited this location. I was so pleased with the hairdresser's knowledge, quality products, and professionalism. I had been looking for a new hair care professional and I found a hair enthusiast! Thanh expertly identified the hair product that I had previously used. She shampoos three times and conditions, she had me feeling pampered, looking expensive, and smelling like a privilege. Haircuts start at $85 for long hair, you will get what you pay for and a bit more. By appointment only. Conveniently located in the San José Vietnam Town shopping center on Story Road, there is plenty of parking right out front.

My new regular hair-cut place, you have to set appointments because the owner is very booked. I've been satisfied with my cut every time, and I feel comfortable with the amount of knowledge and experience she has shown. She's also very fun to talk to, those 20-30 minutes are never bland.
I recently moved to San Jose and was looking for a hairstylist, luckily I found Thanh’s work and decided to take a chance! I’m sooo happy with my haircut/hair styling. Thanh really takes the time to sit down with you to figure out exactly what you want and doesn’t pressure you into any look. She helped me figure out treatments for my eczema and gave me the best advice on hair care to improve my length and split ends. She went above and beyond to help me in and out of the salon, I’m starting to see my hair glow in a way that it hasn’t in years! Thank you so much Thanh, I will be seeing you soon 😄
