Tri Ocean Market
About
Tri Ocean Market is listed on FindALoco in Denver, CO with address, phone, website, hours, and map location. Common services and related keywords include Seafood Market.
Tri Ocean Market is a seafood market and neighborhood grocery at 903 S Federal Blvd in Denver, Colorado. Shoppers looking for seafood and Vietnamese grocery products can find both in one local store. Customer reviews describe a wide selection of Vietnamese products alongside seafood, with an intimate, local-grocery feel rather than the scale of a very large supermarket. That smaller-store character may suit people who prefer browsing a neighborhood market and choosing from a varied selection close to home.
Seafood is a central reason customers visit. Reviews mention variety and freshness as qualities that keep some shoppers coming back, and one restaurant customer described calling ahead to ask about blue crabs by the case. Another review mentions fish in tanks and live crabs, so customers interested in those items may want to contact the market directly to confirm current availability and ask any questions before making a special trip. Selection can change, and the available customer feedback does not establish that every seafood item is offered every day.
The store also carries a wide selection of Vietnamese products, making Tri Ocean Market useful for shoppers seeking ingredients and groceries beyond seafood. The customer feedback describes prices as comparable to larger Asian supermarkets, though individual prices and value will vary by product. Its Federal Boulevard location may be convenient for Denver residents and others in the area who are comparing local seafood markets or looking for Vietnamese groceries. The setting is described by one customer as intimate; shoppers who prefer a large, easy-to-navigate supermarket experience may find the store feels different from bigger chains.
Customer experiences are mixed, so it is helpful to approach the reviews with a balanced view. Some customers praise the range of products and seafood, while others report concerns about service, the condition of fruit they purchased, or the way live seafood appeared to be kept. These are individual reports, not guarantees of what every shopper will experience. If freshness, handling, a return, or a particular item is important to your visit, consider asking staff about it before purchasing. The business has a 4.3-star rating based on 465 reviews, giving shoppers a broad snapshot alongside those differing perspectives.
Tri Ocean Market is open every day of the week from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., according to its listed hours. It may be a practical stop for Denver-area shoppers seeking seafood, blue crabs when available, or Vietnamese grocery products in a neighborhood-market setting. For a specific seafood order or a longer drive, checking availability ahead of time can help set expectations. Whether you are shopping for home or sourcing seafood for a restaurant, the most useful visit is one guided by your needs, a quick check on current stock, and the varied experiences shared by past customers.

Just went to this store for the first time, and was disappointed. I bought a bag of mangosteen for $9.99 a pound, and it was all spoiled. My friend told me not yo bother take it back for exchange or return, because they will not do it. First and will be last time that I ll step into that store.
Despite not being as humongous as Great Wall Supermarket and HMart, the Tri-Ocean on South Federal has many dedicated customers who like the variety and freshness of its seafood, wide selection of Vietnamese products and the intimate feel of a local grocery store. Prices are comparable to its bigger competitors if not better, and it indeed carries more unique Vietnamese staples not seen elsewhere, while the ambience is brighter and more spacious than most other Vietnamese grocery stores in town.
Was a disorienting experience. I live the availability and variety but the service is several lacking. Which is not necessarily an awful thing in a world of me centered shopping. The remider that the customer is not.king can be refreshing …
I honestly wish to give zero star if I can. We work in a restaurant in broomfield and have to buy some blue crabs by cases. I could be a 40 mins drive so I made 2 phone calls to them just to make sure that they do have any blue crabs (The reason why I made 2 phone calls is because they cheated on crabs as well). And they were like they do have blue crabs for both of the phone calls so I drove to them. What is funny is when I go to the seafood section and the seafood manager told me they don’t have any blue crabs while the cashier also the one answered my phone calls before still stick to that they have the blue crabs. So I require she walk me to the seafood section and show me where the blue crabs at. And then she realized that they are out of the blue crabs. Wondering like how hard for her just walk to the seafood section and check out that if they do have whatever the costumers need. Will never come again and do any business with these cheaters again and goodbye!
I know no one has free range standards for a fish market on federal Blvd of all places, the cleanings for one is exactly what you'd expect, but I was disgusted lol see live crabs literally piled on top of eachother and fish in a tank so …
