Highly recommend Tri-City PM, they helped me get my quality of life back when I had an unexpected illness and was going through a lot at the time. They don’t rush you and you’re not in a room full of patients like other clinics. In case you didn’t hear, Dr. Shroll is the doctor of the year 2026 along with his wonderful P.A. Shavon. Dr Watson is an amazing doctor. Anytime I have something going on he explains exactly what is causing the problem and how to take care of it. He has a great bedside manner and explains things to where I can understand which is amazing. Thank you to him and the staff because they are also amazing!

Unprofessional Front Desk / Hostile Patient Experience While the medical providers here are great, the front desk check-in process is incredibly unprofessional. I had an experience with a staff member named Vivian that highlights a major customer service issue at this clinic. Lack of Professionalism. Upon walking in, I was not greeted. Vivian prioritized spraying and wiping her desk down with Lysol over checking in a waiting patient, making me feel like an interruption. She was incredibly slow to respond. Rude Communication When I tried to look at the provider cards on the counter to double check my doctor's name, she snapped at me and rudely stated they "were for patients." I had to remind her that I am a patient here for a scheduled appointment. No Accountability. She was not wearing a required employee name tag. Combined with wearing a medical mask, this allows her to hide behind complete anonymity while treating patients poorly. I had to demand her name directly. Front desk staff are the first impression of a medical practice. Treating sick or anxious patients with hostility is unacceptable. Management needs to address the behavior at the front desk immediately.

This was my first visit with them. I was reaching out for any kind of help and advice to ease my pain. I’ve had over 15 surgeries, numerous fractures, and bone replacements affecting my joints. Christopher Watson reviewed my records and gave me the best news ever. He can help me by using multiple techniques and treatments eliminating excess joint fluids and ease my pain enabling me to go back to physical therapy and move forward to a better life. I am so thankful I was able to meet him and his great staff.

I’ve been so happy with the way this practice takes care of me. Being in chronic pain is so hard to deal with. But these professionals know what I’m talking about when I start to describe what I’m going through. I’ve seen Mr Cadrain and Mr Watson, both under the leadership of Dr Shroll. The best part actually happens when you come in the door and the office professional greets you by name and knows just what you’re there for. What a great practice this is!
