Sign in to reviewI've gushed before and I have to gush again. This place is so wonderful. The staff is incredible friendly (if they sold a pill I'd buy it!). The lobby is soothing either a waterfall and good music. Comfortable furniture and very clean! Fishbowl window and digital aquarium help! Mom is back for quite a bit (caps, fillings and partial) and they are being so gentle and respective. Sges been incredibly nervous about the appointment and yet she felt a bit more at ease as soon as she saw dr Shen. Mom came out of her appointment with work done saying she is no longer terrified (literally) of going to the dentist. She was smiling and truly amazed. Here's how great they are, a gentleman literally just left the office jumping for joy saying beautiful teeth over and over again! And he wasn't even in for all that long!!
Trinity family dental was amazing from the first call I did for my new patient appointment. Expressed my discomfort and they fit me in right away. Dr. Shen and the staff were all so kind and sweet. Highly recommend.
Best dental office experience ever! Dr Shen’s expertise and kindness made getting a crown absolutely painless and in a short amount of time! I have had many crowns and dental work in the past but, never such a positive experience as this! The staff is also Exceptional…..very efficient and pleasant!!!! One word to describe this dental office: AWESOME!
So happy with this practice - I’ve been with them probably about 11 years now. They are professional yet personal. They keep track of what’s important and continually update as needed. They use up to date technology and offer a calm experience. All of the employees are caring and friendly!
I went to Trinity Family Dental for a consultation for a couple of dental issues. I was greeted pleasantly by front desk staff. I waited for a short time in a comfortable, beautifully decorated waiting area. Dr. Shen was knowledgeable, as expected, and made me feel very comfortable regarding his thoughts about treating my teeth. I'm looking forward to mine & my family's future cleanings and care by his capable team!
