Sign in to reviewLove them. We work with Kristen and Ms. Shirley. We have been using them 10 years at least. She has even helped my husband when his passport was delayed calling all over to ensure it came in time. Even once my cousin arrived to airport and her passport was expired she was right on it so she could leave next day. Above and beyond custom service.
We used Tropical Travel to book our 2021 Disney World vacation. Laurie was AMAZING! She helped us plan every piece of the trip and provided tips and tricks for making our vacation a success. We got to do all rides we wanted and could easily have been totally overwhelmed. Laurie prepared us for everything from what you need to pack to what you need to do to get on the good rides. She was so helpful and just a text message away when I had questions. We will definitely use them again!
Extremely disappointed in the communication and customer service of this business. We selected this specific travel agency because we are huge proponents of supporting local businesses and in the end we were let down. At no time were we advised of any of rebooking or transfer policies for either Sandals or AA when our trip was cancelled due to COVID. The "insurance" we purchased for our 11k trip did nothing for us and we were unable to use it, and later told that's not what the insurance covered. When we tried to use our airline credit it was still not explained. When we tried to clarify the policy and explain our frustration with the issue, we were told that we wouldn't be helped anymore. The lack of professionalism in the email we received from this company notifying us was unsatisfactory. If you want poor communication and customer service, this is your place!
