I’m from San Jose and had a really good experience overall. The location, True You Medical Aesthetic, was convenient and easy to find, and the interior was clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff at the front desk were friendly and made the check-in process quick and smooth. I got filler. The injector, Nurse Thu, explained the procedure clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The process itself was easier than I expected with minimal discomfort. I’m very happy with the final results—they look natural and exactly what I was hoping for. The injector was professional, knowledgeable, and took their time to make sure everything looked balanced.

TrueYou staff is always so nice and helpful! I came all the way from Tracy just to come. This is the 2nd year I’ve been going for my lips and I love them every time! Nurse Michelle is great and really listens to what I want to achieve and does a great job delivering that! I will continue making the drive to come back:)

I am from San Jose, went to True You Medical Aesthetics in San Jose, CA to get my lips done. My lip injector was Nurse Michelle and I couldn’t be happier with the pre and post care instructions. Nurse Michelle was able to tailor my inspiration achievements base on photos, my current lip shape and what I truly was aiming for. I truly was scared and nervous because no one wants a botched job. Your lips are your asset too so it is important I asked what I needed to and get the answers. Subtle, soft, refreshed and a bit pouty. We will go with this for now, maybe I’ll stop here or want more. Can’t wait to see the end results once fully healed. Nurse Michelle is so gentle and informative, love her lips too.

I cannot recommend True You Med Spa enough! I’ve been in twice now for Botox, and both experiences were absolutely seamless. On my first visit, I saw Nurse Kim, who was fantastic. She really took the time to listen to my concerns about looking "frozen" and walked me through exactly how many units I needed for a natural, refreshed look. She has such a gentle touch—I barely felt a pinch! For my second follow-up, I saw Dr. Tran, and the level of care was just as high. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has a great eye for facial symmetry. He made sure everything was balanced perfectly, and the results have been spot on both times. The office is beautiful, clean, and the staff makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. If you’re looking for a place where you can actually trust the injectors to give you great results without overdoing it, this is it.
