Got a filling this morning with their fancy laser machine and it was incredible. 30 min in and out, no pain, no numbing, went right to a coffee shop and ate a breakfast sandwich. They are all so fun and friendly too. Love this place!
I was referred by a family member to this office and WOW! Truly had a great experience with this practice, which come to find is family-owned by two of the dentists. Firstly, the aesthetics of the inside were beautiful! Modern-look, but homely feel and truly a hidden gem in La Mesa. This office needs updated photos here to reflect this! The front desk was very friendly and patient in helping me with check-in as a new patient, despite being a busy time at the office when I arrived. Shout out to Arlene and Belina! I had my teeth cleaned by the hygienist, Shaleen, and she was wonderful! So caring and welcoming. Before she cleaned by teeth she also explained what my X-rays were showing just to know my baseline and what the office will continue to monitor. They have really high-tech gear at this office and she was able to do imaging right there in the chair as well! I needed a few things done, not just a cleaning, and feel like I saw the whole office in one day. Which I am glad to have received the full experience because it just solidified how awesome this practice is! The dental assistants I saw, Trina and Mary, were very kind and helpful to explain each step of the process. I really appreciate the transparency of the staff. Dr. Le is very caring and thorough with the exam. He made me feel very comfortable and warmly welcomed me as a new patient as well. I am very glad my family has found this hidden gem and highly recommend for patients needing good, comprehensive care out here in East County!
Dr. Le and his staff have been amazing. We have been to 4 dental offices and it had its positives and a lot of negatives (rude associates/ making my child cry/and a lot of billing issues. My friend had referred me to this office and it has been a pleasure. Joy was the one who took care of my daughter and she was happy. She said that Joy was so nice not like the other dental offices we went to. Dr. Le was the doctor who took care of my family and me. Such a big difference from the others we went to. Very welcoming, awesome equipment, and helpful staff. I have to bring my husband here who also had a lot of bad experiences with dentist. He is very cautious and picky. I assured him that this office will change his mind.
They are so very kind and accommodating! The office has a lovely modern vibe and very clean! The front office girls Arlene and Belinda are so sweet and helpful:) I had a cancellation spot for a cleaning with Joy and she did a great job. They took photos of all my teeth and showed me areas I need to work on with the photos and brushing technique. I needed a front tooth chip filled and Dr. Quan and Carmela were kind enough to fix my tooth right after my appointment and took their lunch to do it! Thank you!
