I really love this suites salon. Very nice and very high classy, all my customers said “ this place look like 5 stars Hotel” ! All my price of services are increases and customers no complaints about that! Because they think this high-class place will have good service and even more prices but they willing to pay and I got good tips too!!! Anh Eric and anh Phi are very nice to everyone here.. Eric helps me alots to build my beautiful suite.. I really appreciate what he did and thank you so much! He did everything for me, this is my very first grand new small business, with his help I become more confident to advertise my business to customers: logo, business card, sign, design suite, and also labor..... Once again I would like thank you so much for everything You are did for me! I highly recommend who are looking a small business for your own with high classy design for your beauty salon!!!

This is a good place for cosmetologists who want startup your business. Pro: - free handyman work from Eric to help you moving in - free paperwork help for tenants moving in - nice and clean place - great decorating suite Con: - customers need access code to access the salon - tenants must have the insurance certificate on time when Eric requests; otherwise, tenants fall in default and must vacate within 3 days after final notice. Same as other defaults.

Truth & Beauty Salon Suites is a place designed elegantly with cleanliness. The two gentlemen (Phil & Eric) at this place are truly warm, kind, and professionally whom expertise in all areas. They’ve helped us from legal aspects to the designs of the suite. They’ve made us feel at home and comfortable through out the start up of our business. Within couples weeks, Vicky’s Beauty Eyebrows has received lots of customers. All of our customers felt comfortable and happy while they were here. Before I decided to rent one the Suites here I looked around probably 4,5 different salon suites companies and I have to say, this one captured my eyes right away! This is the most modern, chic, high tech salon suites that I’ve even been! Every rooms is designed in different unique shape. Some has window, extra storage, on top of the sink which is already included. There’s a break room which has 4 pairs of washers and dryers. I love that everything here is brand new! You can smell it!! Lol There is AC and ventilation in each unit. All of my customers love it! The first impression when they walk in is “WOW!” This salon suites are gonna be filled up quickly so I highly recommend it if you need a private place for yourself. It’s perfect during this crazy time!

Great salon suites to establish my business. Property manager was so passionate about guiding and helping Vietnamese owning their small business. Starting a business is not easy, but with the help from the manager building a business is doable. Wouldn't start my business anywhere else.
