TTS Auto Service

TTS Auto Service is an auto repair shop at 4910 Old Pineville Rd in Charlotte, NC, serving local drivers who need help with vehicle repairs, maintenance, or an inspection. Customer feedback highlights clear communication, practical service, and a willingness to listen to what a driver is experiencing. With a 4.9-star rating from 316 reviews, TTS Auto Service is a well-reviewed option for people comparing auto repair shops in Charlotte and looking for a local business with substantial customer feedback.

The work described by customers covers several common vehicle needs. Reviews mention brake concerns, ball joint and tie rod replacement, a starter issue, general maintenance, and a car inspection. One customer who arrived with squeaky brakes says the shop checked the concern and identified a different repair need; that experience also included follow-up after the car began pulling to one side. Another reviewer describes needing a starter checked and says the team made room for a same-day visit despite the usual appointment policy. These accounts give prospective customers a useful picture of the kinds of repairs people have brought to the shop, without implying that every repair can be handled immediately.

Price and timing are recurring themes in the feedback. One customer compared a quote for multiple repairs with a Honda dealership estimate and says TTS quoted about $900 less overall. The customer also reports that, after scheduling about a week ahead, the work was completed in one day. Experiences and estimates depend on each vehicle and its needs, but this review points to why some drivers consider getting a second estimate before approving a larger repair. Other reviewers describe an efficient visit for an inspection and appreciate being able to get in and out quickly.

Customers also point to the personal side of the experience. One reviewer praises Justin for being patient, understanding, and kind, while another says the service felt exceptional from start to finish. The waiting area is described as clean and comfortable. A customer notes there was no restroom in the waiting area, but says staff allowed them to use the employee restroom when asked. Taken together, these details may be helpful for people who plan to wait while their car is being checked or repaired. The shop may suit Charlotte drivers who value straightforward communication, attentive service, and customer accounts that speak to both repair work and the visit itself.

TTS Auto Service is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and closed Saturday and Sunday. Reviews indicate that appointments are generally expected, although one customer reports being accommodated the same day for a starter concern. Calling ahead is a practical way to ask about availability, describe the issue, and confirm what to expect for an inspection or repair. For drivers in Charlotte, the shop’s Old Pineville Road location, weekday hours, and customer-reported experience make it a local option to consider for common auto service needs.
