Tune Up The Manly Salon - Pearland

So I've been coming to this location on & off for several years now because it's a convenient location. However. Today as of this review, it'll be the last time...rather just cut my own hair than come here again. Every time I walk in it's the most subpar customer service. Didn't even get offered a beverage, or so much as a hi or checked in(walk in) in a timely manner. There's 2 barbers at any given time and they all look and act like they hate life. Not once have I had a barber who acted like they cared to be there. Todays barbers was no exception, didn't speak English or Spanish...and I didn't know I had to explain to a barber what a fade is...this place has been overpriced quite awhile...haircut was decent, if you like your head grinded by clippers...

I have never gotten a worse haircut from anywhere in my life. I would prefer super cuts over this place. I showed the barber a picture for reference and we talked about what I wanted for a few minutes before she started. What i ended with was not even close to what I asked for. It’s like the barber did whatever they wanted to and it looked terrible! The left and right side of my head were two different lengths and the fade was terrible and uneven. I would rate this a 0 if i could. I will never be coming back and I advice that no one ever go here. Could be under the name Tom, I was in during the week of thanksgiving.

They give a good haircut but appointments mean nothing. It does not matter if you walk in 10 minutes before your appointment they will still take walkins ahead of you. I have now waited more than thirty minutes for service even though I have an appointment. This has happened when I brought my sons in for several appointments and to my husband when me has come. No one tries to update you in length of the wait or your position in line and they do not ask walkins to wait for people with appointments. My husband and one son are now going to a new salon.

Every time I set an appointment I never get seated by the time but if your late or don’t show up they expect money. I will never go back to this location again. They lost a customer for life.

I used to have a membership with this location for several years when I worked very close by. I just started back in the area and started my membership again and I’ve had nothing but a headache. I need the manager or the owner to call me. You have access to my number in your system and then we can go from there.
