TWFG Ann Tran Insurance

Terrible experience. Ann was helpful only until we signed up—after that, everything went downhill. We tried to cancel our home insurance when switching providers, but they refused to process it and have continued charging us for years. Multiple attempts to fix this have gone nowhere, and Ann has been completely unresponsive and unhelpful. This feels incredibly unethical and predatory. Stay far away from this company.

Been using Ann Tran Insurance for years and love their customer service. They have always helped me save money on my home and auto insurance. Strongly recommend as Ann and her team are great and easy to work with!

I tried working with Ann for home insurance everything was fine up to the point when I wanted to cancel. I called her office and they told me to just go on Google to fill out a form - no direction just fill out the form. I had to ask them questions because I did not know what form this was and what to put. I emailed them the form and never heard back on an update. My mortgage company called me to say that a payment was requested from them when I canceled a week ago. They told me to reach out to Ann to find out what was going on. I called her office they told me it was processed and they couldn't see from their side. So they told me to call Ann on her cell. I called her and she was just RUDE. She started yelling immediately talking over me and hung up in my face. It was ridiculous. Her customer service is terrible. She yelled at me as if I was stupid and wasting her time when I was calling to find out what exactly is going on. I would not recommend her to anyone.

I have been using Ann's service since 2020 for my car insurance. In the past, she personally assisted in finding coverage. However, things have been passed off to her new hires and they are not as responsive. Especially this year where they claim they have shopped around but I am playing phone tag and asking for updates when I provided them ample time. Last year I asked a month in advanced and this past week for my renewal I asked two weeks per their request last time. Mei or May was supposed to help but was unprofessional and verbalized that the current renewal is the best rate. I waited over a week for her to update me and I ended up calling for this answer. I have found a difference insurance agent with State Farm who provided better coverage and I was able to save $200. This is a disappointing as things started off good but long-term clients are put off as things are not attended to in a timely manner or even addressed at this point.

I used Ann Tran services for home insurance, and renewed it with them twice. This year i decided to go with different insurance company for a better rate. I called and emailed 4 times to keep them posted that i purchased new insurance and dont want to proceed in renewing my policy with swyfft, they kept on going back and forth with me asking me to submit a signed cancelation form. Long story short, my bank account was charged with renewal policy with swyfft, basically paying for two different home insurance. Unfortunately, i am not satisfied with how they handled things.
