U.S. Vietnam Express Corp

U.S. Vietnam Express Corp is a travel agency at 1012 S 8th St in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, PA 19147). The agency is a local option for people looking to buy a ticket to Vietnam and speak with staff in either English or Vietnamese. Customer feedback describes a familiar, long-running neighborhood business, though experiences differ. Its listing has a 3.9-star rating from 28 reviews, so travelers may find it useful to consider both the positive comments and the concerns people have shared before making plans.

Customers mention help with purchasing Vietnam-bound tickets, and one reviewer says the agents can also request visas for travelers. That makes U.S. Vietnam Express Corp relevant for people who want to ask about airfare and visa-request assistance in one place. The available information does not specify visa types, airline options, routes, or processing times, so it is sensible to contact the agency directly to confirm what it can arrange and what documentation may be needed. English and Vietnamese are both spoken, according to a customer review.

The atmosphere described in reviews is personal rather than anonymous: one customer praised a husband-and-wife team as helpful and friendly, and another noted that the same people had been there for many years. A reviewer also called the agents experienced and mentioned good prices. These are individual customer impressions, not guarantees about every interaction or fare. If you are comparing travel arrangements, ask for the full price and the details of each service before paying, and keep written confirmation of any requests or arrangements.

Feedback is mixed, and that context matters. Some reviewers describe friendly assistance, while others report feeling unwelcome or unprofessional treatment. One traveler also says they paid an additional $100 for seat assignments intended to keep family members together, but found the family separated at flight check-in. This is a customer’s account, not a verified policy or outcome for every booking. For seat selection or other add-ons, clarify exactly what is being purchased, whether the airline has confirmed it, and what happens if the requested arrangement is not honored.

The Philadelphia office has variable weekly hours: Monday and Wednesday 6–9 p.m.; Thursday 4–8 p.m.; Friday 11 a.m.–8 p.m.; Saturday 11 a.m.–7 p.m.; and Sunday 11 a.m.–8 p.m. It is listed as closed Tuesday. Because the hours and travel arrangements can affect a visit or itinerary, confirm current availability and booking details directly with U.S. Vietnam Express Corp. It may suit travelers who prefer to discuss Vietnam tickets face to face and communicate in Vietnamese or English, especially when they want to ask questions before deciding.
