Sign in to reviewThis week on Monday I had such a wonderful experience at this Ulta location! I was looking for a new foundation and Leila helped me find my perfect color match. She was incredibly warm, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about the products. I felt like I was in such good hands the entire time. Huge shout out to Leila for the amazing customer care, she’s a total pro!
I had a brow wax done by Belle, she was so professional and friendly, and she took her time making sure everything was perfect. It turned out better than I could have imagined! Afterwards, I browsed around the store, and was met by other staff members who were so friendly and knowledgeable about different products. The store was very clean and organized, including the waxing station - which made me even more comfortable. I can't wait to see Belle again for my next appointment!
As a self-proclaimed beauty-ist, I come to Ulta Beauty to avoid the hustle & bustle in malls for makeup and reliability of product in stock. Deals or discounts are not common. Yet, time and space can't be replaced. From lower priced like NYX to higher priced like Charlotte Tilbury, you can find what you need. Juvia's place is only in this store, and the makeup line is for the beautiful continuum of Black women. Highly pigmented, soft on the skin light feeling, wears ALL day and has full coverage. Not even joking I have fallen asleep and wrestled with the pillow throughout the night and my makeup is still flawless in the morning. Phew! My make-up be Poppin'. Lots of other beauty and hair needs including a full hair salon.
6/13/25 Both times I've been here I was helped quickly. This time, a lady, Denise, a beautiful Asian woman, and Ashley, a glamorous young lady worked with me. They tried things on my hand and made suggestions that I had not considered. I love it when they educate and offer to help in a friendly, condescending way. The cashier told me about the event where they give you a makeover for free. I appreciate that she mentioned it. I'm not getting their emails so I hope I'm not missing out on deals!
Sabrina did a great job with my hair color appointment! She takes such great care of you and creates an amazing look. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! Definitely go see Sabrina at the Ulta Salon!
