Ultra Dental Care

Staff is very nice and have provide top notch customer service. They always go out of the way to make sure I'm comfortable and that any pain is minimal. I previously lived a lot closer, but still travel to go here for dental visits because I know I'll be taken care of.

The worst service! I was given a rate of let’s say $1000 for a service my insurance covers 80% so that’s mean I should only owe $200. I went and spoke to the front desk lady who then said that is wrong and gave me a new quote of $800 saying that’s correct based off my insurance. But that still doesn’t add up how am I getting 20% off when my insurance covers 80%. In my opinion they are scamming the system some how. I asked the front desk lady for copy’s of my order and she began to white out the prices on it and they gave me copy’s. Then when I asked for. A whited out copy she began to say well “your insurance will deny it if you turn it in” I was confused by that statement because I just wanted an itemized recipe of my charges. That’s what made me think they are doing something shady on their end to get more money. She kept saying I’ll get a reimbursement. Why should I get reimbursed when my insurance covers 80% of my work I get done. I really do not recommend this place at all! They are not even register at the better business bureau. Something ain’t right here.

I would not recommend this dental office at all. I felt after the first service which included a Crown. Since the office thought I was was their faithful Patient, they completely dropped the ball on Customer service. My filling came out and I reached out to them. Their Front desk Lady supposed to call me back. I never Heard back from Her Through phone, No missed calls, No text or even an email. I waited for few days, called back got hold of the Dentist herself. Instead of further looking into that I have not heard from their front desk, Since I was thinking she might have called the wrong number, which could be an honest mistake. The Dentist her self seemed kind of upset and said I saw her calling you. But if you called me why there are no records of it at all and where is the voice message. I feel this office did not care that the patient had a filling out, and totally acted since they have my x-rays now I am bound to go back to their office only. Truly disappointing customer service and care for their existing patients. Now I have to go look for a new dentist .

Best Dentist in the world. The staff are professional and honest. Their target is to get to the root of your problem and make sure their work is top quality. They will make sure that you are getting the best Dental service to help you keep and maintain an healthy mouth. The best Dental Service I had in a long time. Very gentle with their style of work. The Staff is very nice. They answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable. I barely felt any pain. I have been going there for about a year and a half and I have never had problems with their service. I never spend more than 5 minutes waiting to be called in for the service. I will continue to go there and I strongly recommend Ultra Dental Care.
