The business has a 4.4-star rating from 14 customer reviews. Reviewers mention deep tissue massage, hot stones, hot towels, and foot massage; these details offer a useful picture of services guests have experienced without suggesting that every treatment includes the same additions. If you are considering a visit, contacting the spa ahead of time to confirm the service, duration, and price can help set clear expectations before you arrive.

Customer feedback points to hands-on massage as the main reason some guests return. One reviewer praised a deep tissue session for addressing knots in the neck as requested and said they left without pain. Another first-time deep tissue guest singled out Amy positively. A separate customer described receiving hot stones, hot towels, and a foot massage along with their service, despite finding the menu itself fairly basic. Together, these comments suggest that guests may appreciate the practical treatment experience more than an extensive list of menu options. Individual experiences vary, so it is sensible to explain your preferences and any areas of concern when arranging a session.

UM Spa may suit people who want to request targeted attention, such as deep tissue work around the neck, or who value added touches mentioned by past customers. The reviews also suggest that service details and communication are worth confirming: one customer reported confusion about pricing and massage duration after calling ahead. For a smoother visit, ask directly about the length and cost of the specific massage you want, and verify any extras you hope to receive. This is especially helpful if you are comparing options or planning a longer appointment. The available information does not specify a complete treatment menu, so checking with the spa is the best way to learn what is currently offered.

The listed hours are 10:00 to 03:00 every day, Monday through Sunday; because the schedule crosses a typical day boundary, confirm the exact opening and closing times when planning a visit.
