About

Uncle is listed on FindALoco in Denver, CO with address, phone, website, hours, and map location. Common services and related keywords include Ramen Restaurant.

Uncle is a ramen restaurant at 2215 W 32nd Ave in Denver, CO, serving evening diners from Monday through Saturday. Its approach puts a creative, Thai-influenced spin on ramen rather than aiming to reproduce a strictly traditional bowl. That distinction is useful to know when choosing a place: guests looking for familiar ramen with a different flavor profile may enjoy exploring Uncle’s menu, while those seeking a classic style may want to keep the fusion approach in mind. The restaurant is closed on Sundays. Its listed hours are 5–9 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 5–10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Ramen is a central draw, with customer favorites including duck ramen and spicy chicken ramen. Reviews also call out the broth, noodles, and carefully composed bowls, as well as a yellow curry vegetable ramen that one guest especially enjoyed. Vegetarian diners have a ramen option that customers describe positively. The menu’s Thai-inspired character brings a distinct direction to these bowls, so flavors may differ from what guests expect at a more traditional ramen shop. If you are deciding what to order, the duck ramen, spicy chicken, and yellow curry vegetable bowl are useful starting points mentioned by diners.

Small plates add another reason to visit, and reviews repeatedly praise the appetizers. Soft-shell crab buns are a standout in customer feedback, while the menu also includes other dishes beyond ramen. One review describes a tender, well-portioned sweet-and-spicy pork bowl, though the reviewer did not enjoy its sauce as much as the pork itself. Drinks can complement a meal, too: a guest specifically enjoyed the Island in the Sun cocktail. These details suggest a visit can be built around a bowl and shared starters, or shaped by trying a different dish and a drink. Individual tastes vary, so checking the current menu is a sensible way to choose.

The atmosphere can be part of the experience. One guest enjoyed sitting at the counter, watching the team prepare food and chatting with staff; that review also noted attentive service. With a reported 4.5-star rating from 1,675 reviews, Uncle has drawn a substantial range of customer feedback, including praise for consistent meals and welcoming service. It may suit a casual dinner with friends, a date, or a meal for someone who wants to sample ramen alongside appetizers. For anyone searching for ramen in Denver’s 80211 area, Uncle offers a neighborhood address, evening hours, creative bowls, and small plates in one visit. Check the current hours and menu before heading over, especially if planning a Sunday visit, when the restaurant is closed.

The Good: Their appetizers are absolutely delicious, and they make a genuinely good vegetarian ramen option. The Ramen: If you are hunting for traditional ramen, this isn't the spot. The ramen is prepared with a heavy Thai-fusion concept, which completely changes the classic flavor profile. They do have a good sushi & sashimi options. It's a fun concept if you want to try something new

10/10!!! The soft shell crab buns were amazing, especially if Duncan is making them! We sat at the counter and loved watching the team prepare our food while enjoying small talk. Our server, Tate, was amazing too! She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The staff was so friendly with each other, which made the whole experience even better. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere.

Uncle is the best ramen in Denver… it’s not even close! We always recommend Uncle & will continue to do so. Food is amazing & consistent. We’ve never left unhappy. The broth, the noodles, the carefully composed bowls- so good. Highly recommend the duck ramen. The small plates are amazing too. Order a bun & don’t sleep on the spicy cucumbers or chilled tofu. Tate helped us on our most recent visit. She was one of the kindest & most thoughtful servers we’ve ever had. We were dining with our 7 yr old twins & she anticipated everything we needed without us asking. It was wild in the best way. Connor is also very welcoming & hospitable. Side note for the owners:: please bring back the shrimp buns & modern whiskey drink. I’d also love to eat kimchi potatoes again at some point.

Okay I usually LOVE this place, and their ramen is FABULOUS, however, not everything on the menu is as good… I decided to try something new so I got their sweet and spicy pork bowl. Now let me just say the pork was well portioned and sooo tender, it was delicious… but the sauce was bad. It tased like I had been given a bowl of acid. It was SOOO heavily vinegar forward, which I think, is a little misleading for the name of the item. The sweetness was lost because the acidity over powered everything, and there was absolutely zero flavor balance. I genuinely had to go home and take four tums because my stomach hurt so bad. I would recommend this place for their awesome atmosphere and great ramen but their spicy and sweet pork bowl needs some reassessment.
